Non-invasive laser vein removal:
Small facial spider veins and varicose leg veins can be safely treated with laser therapy. Heat energy from the laser device damages the blood vessels resulting in collapse of the veins. This non-invasive treatment uses pulses of laser waves to destroy the veins, after which the body resorbs the non-functional veins. Treatments may have to be repeated as satellite veins in the area may crop up. A series of treatments is recommended, and full results may not be evident for up to 6 weeks after treatment.
